CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness for all clients and to protect the time set aside for your service, the following policy applies: • A minimum of 2 full business days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This is based on business days, not 48 hours. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 2 full business days’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Any deposit paid will be applied toward this fee and will not transfer to a future appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total, as it is unlikely the appointment can be filled on such short notice. • No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total (or any remaining balance due). Clients who no-call, no-show may lose the ability to book future appointments. • Clients arriving 15 minutes late may receive an abbreviated service or be asked to reschedule, depending on the remaining appointment time. • Arriving 15 minutes late without notice will be considered a no-call, no-show. • If an abbreviated service can still be performed due to a late arrival, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the originally scheduled appointment, as that time was reserved exclusively for you. • Clients with unpaid cancellation or late fees will be unable to schedule future appointments until their balance has been paid.
